Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a dynamic Divisional Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategy and drive impactful engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with operations and division marketing teams to meet business objectives.
- Design multi-channel marketing plans that encompass digital, social, and traditional media, establishing clear success metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with the Vice President of Communications to create effective communication strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (culinary, dietitians, operations) and external stakeholders.
- Initiate marketing campaigns and promotions that strengthen our company culture and enhance brand recognition.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new programs aimed at increasing student engagement and driving revenue growth.
- Present marketing results and strategies through regular client reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews).
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights to inform impactful marketing strategies.
- Establish and assess objectives and KPIs for the marketing team, promoting continuous improvement.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing management experience, with a successful track record in designing engagement and sales programs.
- Experience in food, restaurant, or fast-casual marketing is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
